Jonathan Seda was born on the 14th October 1970. in New York City, USA of Puerto Rican origin, and is an actor, probably best known for his work in the series “Homicides: Life on the Streets” (1997 – 1999) as the detective Paul Falsone, and as the detective Antonio Dawson in the series “Chicago P.D.” (2014 – present).
